The story of the two towers
The man that was all alone built a tall tower right outside the village of
the Dark. On the very top of it he placed the Everlasting Light, which shined
brightly into the utter darkness. One day a villager noticed the light that
seemed to be a star, so close to the ground that it could almost be reached. He
gathered the whole village and together they started building a tower in order
to get to the Light, since the tower upon whose top the Light rested had no
door, no access. The tower they started building grew fast with every passing
day, yet due to the Darkness in which they worked, no one noticed their tower
leaning away from the Light’s Tower.
… today, countless ages after, they are still building in the Dark, while
The Light shines in ever increasing distances
